Guidelines for abstract submission:
- Please prepare your abstract for the ICAP 2008 using Latex2e and icap2008 style.
- Download the style file and a template as a package using the links below.
- Uncompress it in a single directory and modify the example file only between \begin{document} and \end{document}.
- The maximum length of the abstract is one page.
- Only figures in valid Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) format are acceptable. "Valid EPS" means that no errors must be produced when previewing figures using standard-conforming PostScript viewers. Figure file name(s) must have '.eps' extension.
- Figure file name(s) are case-sensitive on our system. Make sure that the case of any filename referred to in your LaTeX file matches exactly the files that are uploaded. For example, the command \includegraphics{figure.eps} would not work if the file is uploaded as figure.EPS.
- The maximum of two eps files (figures) can be submitted with each abstract. The maximum size of each eps file is two megabytes.
- The conference abstract book will be printed in black & white. If you submit color figures they should degrade gracefully when printed B&W. The full color version of the abstracts will be available online.
- Latex experts: Please make sure that you do not use labels and automatic referencing as this will cause ambiguities when assembling independent contributions into the book of abstracts.
- Latex experts: For the time being the conference style requires superscript after the author(s) name(s) even if there is only one affiliation. Do not bother to remove this (you can). This is the matter of style that should be uniform accross all abstracts. The redundant superscript will be either removed or enforced upon final formatting of the book of abstracts.

Your abstract must be submitted online
using the link below. You are required to submit the Latex text of your abstracts and figures (if applicable). The actual conversion of the abstract will be done on our server. You will be provided a link to the pdf version of your contribution. - The submission is only complete when you receive an e-mail from the submission system.
- Abstracts that do not fulfill the guidelines as specified by the template will not be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
