Information for exhibitors
ICAP 2008 will be able to accommodate a limited number of exhibitors. There are several options available:
- Exhibit tables: We will have available eight-foot tables in the entry foyer to the main seating area of Jorgensen auditorium, in which all of the oral sessions will be held. For $1000, we will provide such a table for the entire conference period. This fee includes the exhibitor registration for one person, as well as inclusion of the company's logo in the conference book of abstracts. If an additional person wishes to register as an exhibitor, the fee is $250. Exhibitors will receive a conference badge and wireless internet access, and can participate in the reception and coffee breaks. Alternatively, additional exhibitors that wish to be full scientific participants in the meeting, and receive the abstract book and published proceedings, are asked to pay the full conference registration fee: $495 before May 9, $600 after May 9. Exhibitor registration is done through through the online conference registration site.
- Advertising in the book of abstracts: For a $500 sponsorship fee, a full-page advertisement will be included in the conference book of abstracts. This book will be the main source of information for conference participants and will be included in their registration packet. It will contain the conference program, abstracts for all talks and posters, and other useful conference information. The $500 sponsorship fee will also include listing (with logo) as an ICAP sponsor on the conference web page. Exhibitors interested in this sponsorship option should contact Edward Eyler.
- Sponsorship of breaks: For a $2000 fee, a coffee break may be sponsored. For a $3000 fee, poster session refreshments may be sponsored. Associated publicity such as printed handouts or coffee cups with corporate logos can be arranged. Exhibitors interested in these sponsorship options should contact Edward Eyler.
Housing: Exhibitors will have access to lodging at the conference rate at the Best Western Regent Inn (860-423-8451) in Mansfield Center, about 5 miles away - a free shuttle will be provided.
