In the Jupyter interface close all opened terminal tabs (if there are any) and open a new terminal tab

At the command prompt type the following commands:

   mkdir Lecture07

   cd Lecture07

   wget --no-check-certificate https://www.phys.uconn.edu/~rozman/Courses/P2200_24F/downloads/trapezoidal.ipynb
