Notes for TEC board layout

Q1,Q2 heatsinked and mounted on the case
X13 (temp set pot) mounted on front panel
R11 is thermistor
X1 and X6, X4 and X5, X3 and X11 are paired dual opamps
X8 is instrumentation amp - doublecheck pins on this one!
	R21 and R22 are Rg and Rs respectively for X8
	(Rs should be 10K, Rg should be 512 for gain of 390)
X7 is temp-controlled zener diode

NC on 3 pins on X12 and 3 pins on X8 - all other pins are either connnected to nets or ground.
