Laboratory:
Laboratory will begin 3rd week of classes. Lab classes are held in P206. A departmental lab write up is used as a text.

Carol Guerra (caroil@phys.uconn.edu, 486-4920, P216) is the teaching labs manager. She is the person to contact with regards to lab problems.

Honors conversion:
Students interested in honors conversion should contact the instructor during the first week of classes.

Grading scheme:

There will be three midterm exams and a cummulative final exam. The course grade will be calculated using the following scheme.

Homework 20%
Lab 20%
Midterms 30%
Final exam 30%

What to bring to exam:
ID, scientific calculator, letter-size card with notes (optional)
