From there, you can access posted lecture notes, solutions to online homeworks, exams and other announcements.
We will use web-based homework evaluation program (WileyPlus). Each student must
register at WilePlus. To make a registration, you login your HuskyCT, go to P1201 -> Homework -> WileyPlus or you go to WileyPlus site directly:
for sections 1-8, 14 or http://edugen.wiley.com/edugen/class/cls132548/ for sections 9-13.
When creating your WileyPlus profile, enter your University NETID in the ID field (ex. kyj02001) that is the same ID to login HuskyCT.
Solutions will only be
accepted through this program.
There will be approximately one set of homework problems every week. Problem
sets will be available on Thurs. morning at 9am, and will be due by the
following Thurs. 9am. Late sets will not be accepted for credit. No exceptions. The lowest score homework set will be dropped in grading.

on homework please use the Physics Learning Resource Center, room P207-C.
There you will find other students and tutoring help from teaching

Laboratory sections begin on the third week of the semester (in the week of 09/14/2009).
There are three midterm exams during the semester and one final exam.
There are no make-ups for missed midterm exams. Absenses from midterm exams will be assigned a zero score.
The lowest score midterm will be dropped in grading. The following weights are used in calculating the final grade in the course.
If students miss more than one lab or have less than 50% for the lab grade, an Incomplete for the course will be posted.
The final exam is also mandatory.
