This animation shows the variation of the spectral function in the quasi-continuum region as the atomic well depth parameter g varies. The
dashed line represents the spectral function without an electric field. In this F=0 case, as g increases the Ramsauer resonances
due to scattering between the two atomic wells become sharper, since the wells are deeper. When the electric field strength F is nonzero,
there are shorter period oscillation due to Ramsauer scattering between the linear potential and the atomic well(s), and as g increases
these oscillate about the average F=0 case, and also appear to be modulated by the free spectral function.
