Frequently Asked Questions

This portion of the site is continuously updated as more teachers contact us with questions. If you have a question that doesn't appear here, please contact us.

Q: Can I still register students?

A: Sorry. We would like to be able to host as many students as possible, but we are limited by the space and budget that we had projected for this year. We hope you can join us next year!

Q: How many students can I bring?

A: We have put a limit on 10 students maximum, for two teams of 5. Your teams can have between 3 and 5 students. We weren't counting on such an enthusiastic response, and we hope that in the future we will be able to accommodate as many students as you would like to bring.

Q: Is there a cost attached?

A: There is no registration fee to participate in this event. We provide the equipment and lunch, and we ask participating schools to provide their own transportation.

Q: Do my students need to have a strong Physics background?

A: Absolutely not. We expect that participating students will have different backgrounds and Physics experiences. Common sense and creativity are as important, if not more.
