The World's First Time Machine

A special presentation of the director's cut of the acclaimed Discovery Channel and BBC documentary "The World's First Time Machine" will be shown. Using state-of-the-art techniques, the documentary explores the world of time travel via Einstein's theories of relativity. Highlighted is the research of UConn Professor Ronald L. Mallett. The documentary also addresses the problems and paradoxes of time travel.

A question-and-answer period with Dr. Mallett will follow the presentation of the documentary, and there will be book signing of his recent book "Time Traveler: A Scientist's Personal Mission to Make Time Travel a Reality."

The public is invited.
