Reggeons in QCD

Michael Lublinsky

UConn Physics Department

I will introduce a notion of Reggeons as effective objects which appear in description of high energy scattering data. I will then argue that Reggeons can be constructed in QCD. As examples, I will consider Pomeron contribution to DIS and Secondary Reggeon to photon-photon collision.
