I am Kalum Palandage from  Sri Lanka, currently residing in Storrs, Connecticut, United States, reading to a Ph.D. in Theoretical Condensed Matter Physics under the guidance of Prof. Gayanath Fernando.

I did my high school studies at Nalanda College, Colombo and earned my bachelor's degree in Physics with honors from University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. At present, we are studying Nanoclusters (by exploiting both exact methods and Density Functional Theory) using the facilities in Computational Science Center at Brookhaven National Laboratory where I am a student affiliate.
